With Locked Print, you can store documents on the printer and release them only when you enter the correct PIN or swipe an ID card on the optional ID card reader. DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) overwrites information left on the hard drive, and 128-bit data encryption is built into the controller.

      Right from your desktop, you can check system status, change settings, manage job queues and expedite maintenance using Ricoh’s Web Image Monitor. Assign up to 1,000 user codes, and track volumes and trends by individual.
